The LLCHC collaborates with health facilities through service-level agreements, allowing cost-sharing that reduces user fees for patients at partnered facilities. While most services are fee-based, immunizations, Home Based Care, and nutrition rehabilitation are offered at affordable rates to ensure accessibility.

The LLCHC serves approximately more than two million Malawians across its facilities and programs. By offering services like Home Based Care, immunizations, and nutrition rehabilitation, it prioritizes vulnerable populations, ensuring equitable access to essential care.
